Ingredients:

  • 200g Lean Pork Belly (sliced thin)

  • 3 to 5 long green chilies (cut into chunks)

  • 10 cloves of Garlic (crushed)

  • Ginger and Spring Onions (to taste)

Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp Feng He Garden Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine

Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce

  • A pinch of Salt & Sugar

🍳 Quick Method:

  1. The Prep: Marinate pork belly with dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

  2. The Char: Sear green chilies with salt on high heat until skin blisters, then set aside.

  3. The Sear: Stir-fry the pork belly until it renders its natural oils.

  4. The Infusion: Toss in garlic, ginger, and spring onions. Splash the first extract soy sauce around the wok edges for maximum aroma.

  5. The Finish: Return chilies to the wok, add a pinch of salt and sugar, toss on high heat for 30 seconds, and serve!
