Sizzling Beef Silk

Ingredients:
- 500g Beef (Tenderloin or Ribeye)
- Bamboo Skewer (Soaked in hot water to prevent burning).
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine.
- 3 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar or honey (To balance the savory depth and help caramelization).
- 1 tsp Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
- Dry Spices: BBQ seasoning, cumin powder, and white pepper to taste.
- Thickener: 1 tbsp Cornstarch and a splash of cooking oil.
Method:
- Marinate: Slice the beef into thin, bite-sized strips. Mix thoroughly with the First Extract Soy Sauce, sugar, sesame oil, spices, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread: Skewer each beef slice onto a soaked bamboo skewer.
- Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Crisp: Arrange the bamboo skewer in a single layer (do not overcrowd) and spray lightly with oil. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the edges are beautifully charred and fragrant.
- Finish: For an extra heritage kick, drizzle a few drops of Black Vinegar over the beef while hot for a woody, aromatic brightness.
